Is My Pelvic And Vaginal Pain When Passing Gas Related To My Period Or Another Issue?

I am having what I think may be pelvic pain, it definitely feels like its in my vaginal area and when I try to pass gas it hurts. I tried to the bathroom to see if passing some stool might help but nothing happened. I'm normally the type of person who doesn't pass stool everyday but I am at the end of my period and I did have some mild diarrhea 2 days ago so idk if this is because of my period or if its something else?
