Is My Pelvic Kidney Functioning Properly Given The 30% Differential Function, Pelvic Kidney Stones, Chronic Prostatitis, And Pain During Urination?

Hi, yesterday I had a kidney imaging with vascular flow test that showed my pelvic kidney has a 30% differential function along with Pelvicaliectasis without obstruction. I have constant severe pain in my abdomen along with difficulty urinating with is extremely painful before, during and after though no burning sensation just pelvic pain. One urologist told me the pelvic kidney is sitting U shaped and therefore never fully drains. I also have chronic kidney stones in the pelvic kidney as well as chronic prostatitis. Is this pelvic kidney functioning properly? Are the kidney problems and chronic prostatitis or stones related? What should I expect from my urologist during my follow up call regarding this test? The pain in unbearable at times as is urinating. I m at my wits end. Any advice or opinions are greatly appreciated. Thanks you
