Is Mycobacterium Tuberculosis In Uterus Serious?

Hi, i am 34 yrs old, married for last three years. Last year i had a missed abortion and i came to know that i have become diabetic. Since then i had been on alopathic treatment for some months and later on ayurveda.This year again whn i visited a gynac for planning a baby, i was told tha my HbA1c is pretty high. Now there has also been a Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex diagnosed in my uterus. Please educate me about how serious is this diease and whether i will be able to become a mother or not.
