Is Neem Face Wash Good For Skin?

hi ,i'm from Bhopal,M.P........my age is 20 and i'm suffering from pimples problem from last 1 year........i use neem face wash is it good for skin.??.........can you please suggest some good Homeopathic doctor in Bhopal ........whenever i eat some oil stuff,pimples come to my skin the very next day........b'coz of that i had already stopped eating oily food,but my pimples didn't stop..................please help me........thank you
