Is Neosporin Effective In Treating Crusting Blisters?

I'm on an oxygen machine. I burned my nose 2 days ago while smoking with the apparatus on. Slightly singed nose hairs but burn area skin is a little stiff at the moment. I'm using Neosporin and a triple antibiotic ointment. Will this help? Will the stiffness and crusty blistering around nasal openings subside?
