Is Non Nerve Sparing Procedure The Only Option For Radical Prostectomy?

asked my dr. if there was any other options than non nerve sparing radical prostectomy. he said no other optins beside radiation. found out nerve grafting after the operation. is this normal procidure not to tell patients about the operation. while in operatiting room,said to dr. i only wanted non nerve sparing, and did not care about what we had disscussed two months ago. his answer was to knock me out and go ahead with non nerve sparring. is this how dr. operate in the or
