Is Normal Delivery Possible After A C-section In Past?

Hi, I am shaheen from Bangladesh . I am 31years old.i have a c-section on 12/4/2011.this is my 2nd. My gestional age is 35 weeks. I have nuchal cord(single) problem.is it vaginal birth possible for me? By the way,I have been operated of ruptured right overion cysts on 11/10/2009 & it was before my 1st pregnancy.
