Is Nuclear Stress Test Needed For Slight Aortic And Mitral Sclerosis?

I was told that I had slight aortic and mitral sclerosis, trace aortic, pulmonic, mitral and tricuspid insufficiency. My family doctor wants me to take a nuclear stress test. Should I take the test? nIs there some treatment to improve this situation?
