Is Nuclear Stress Test Recommended With The Following BP Levels?

I am 56 male was in hospital last week of 1/15 with BP of 224 over 120 p 48 keep there 3 day test ran put on5 msg lisinopril now BP is 110 over65 p 56 to 60 can not stay awake eyes feel like lead . Will be having nuclear stress test on3/13 is this ok or should I call my Dr. Thanks Bruce
