Is Numbness/tingling In The Hands And Feet Normal While Taking

Is numbness/tingling in the hands and feet normal while taking Belviq 10mg twice daily? My feet feel heavy, swollen, hot and itchy in addition to the sometimes numb feeling and tingling. Only other medication i am taking is Synthroid 100mcg for hypothyroidism.
