Is Omnicortil Advisable For Skin Rash On Palms Spreading All Over?

I am having skin problem for the past 2 months. It started on my palm and quickly is spreading on my arm pits, abdomen, pennis, back, legs, foot etc. I consulted a dermatologist and he prescribed Omnacortil 10mg for 2 months and asked me to come for a review for every week. Before prescribing, he asked to take Blood test and everything is reported normal. Will this medicine have any side effects ? And should I completely avoid beer/alcohol while taking this medicine ? Or is it ok to skip a dosage while I take beer/alcohol ? Please advise.
