Is On And Off Headache With Pressure On Head While Bending A Cause For Concern?

Last night I started having a pain in my head in the left front quadrant. It is off and on several times in about 5 minutes. I have had this before and it didn t last this long. I have also felt some pressure when bending over in this spot. Should I be concerned?
