Is Oral Intake Of Coconut Oil Advisable?

Is it safe to use coconut oil in liquid form....I took a tea spoon everyday in the morning and on the third day I had a huge bowel movement that repeated itself until I guess all was gone......it cought me once while I was driving and had to rush into a gas station toilet....
