Is Orange Vomit With Raisin Shaped Things After Alcohol Intake A Cause For Concern?

Hi so i was drinking last night at a party and i started throwing up little chucks of acidy throw up but it stopped than had hang over symptoms today and i just threw up and it was orange and almost looked like a dollar coin size redish raisin shaped thing and now i feel nauseous still, but should i be worried?
