Is Over Weight,high BP And Anxiety Attack Sign Of IGA Neuropathy?

I am a 33yr old female slightly overweight. Possible susspision of IGA nueropathy. I have anxiety and sometimes panic attacks. I am worried that this is negatively effecting my health. Is it dangerous to have periods of higher blood pressure due to anxiety, and can anxiety and panic attacks cause low blood suger?
