Is Ovranette Likely To Cause Infection In A Different Environment?

Im on the contraceptive pill 'ovranette', im planning on going to south africa on a volenteer project, looking after orphaned children as soon as i raise enough money.
Will being on the pill effect any of the inections i will need, to visit africa?
If so how? and will i need to stop taking the pill in order to recieve the recomended injections?
