Is Pain In Lower Jaw Near To The Ear And Abdominal Pressure Symptom Of Pregnancy?

I am 24 year old female. Healthy. I have a tender to the touch pain on my left lower jaw close to my ear lobe. I am wondering if it is a possible sign of pregnancy. I received what could be my period which was very light spotting for 3 days, the day I was expecting my period. I now have some pressure in my lower abdomen. I am wondering if all this is a possible pregnancy?
