Is Pain In Stomach And Throat With Brown Vomiting In A Child A Cause For Concern?

my daughter is five and for the last while she complains of her stomach hurting and her throat hurting but has no fever or any other pain and the last week shes been throwing up brown vomit not coffee looking but very foul smelling and its projectile type vomiting. this has been happening every one to two months. what could it be. Im worried should I be taking her to our doctor right away
