Is Pain In The Neck Normal Post Methyyprednisolone Injection?

My Dr. Had gave me this med called methlyprednisolone. He had enjickecshone on the back of my head. I Now have problem moving around. My neck have this shape pan like I am almost parlice. I can t move because every time I move I have this offal pan in my neck to prevent me to move. Is this normal after have this med.
