Is Pain Near The Ovaries, Common Post A Misscarriage?

hi i have a pain on my left side where my ovary would be,its very sore when having sex and also when going toilet,i inserted a finger into my vagina to see if there was any lumps or so but nothing but when pushed up against wall it was painfull.i have had a misscarriage over a month ago,would it to do with this or what could it be?
