Is Painful Breast Lump A Sign Of Cancer?

i am sixteen years old and have found a lump has formed on my right breast it is the size of a golf ball and gives me shooting pain every now and then making it a tad bit hard to breath without it hurting it also at times is slightly sore i was wondering if this might be breast cancer
