Is Painful Intercourse A Sign Of Any STD?

About a year and a half ago I was sexually active with 2 different guys and no condom was used. I never noticed any symptoms of an std. Recently I have been worrying about an std. I am having surgery this week for possible endometriosis because i have pain during intercourse. But what if it is an std? I haven't had any discharge or anything. I have had another sex partner and he hasn't gotten an std so I don't think I have one. But I'm really paranoid. If I go to my dr, how long will it take to get results back?
