Is Painful Rash On Back With Tingling In Stomach Due To Shingles?

I think I have shingles I have a rash in a line on my back which hurts when I touch also on the same side my stomach is tingling constantly.

I have just made an appointment to see the doctor tomorrow, but we are due to fly first week in April will I be ok to fly.
