Is Painless Mass On Buttock After Injection Sign Of Abscess?

hi.. I am 25 yr female with gestational diabetes, underwent cessarian 45 days back later was given pain killer injection on day 2. I noticed a 1/2*1/2 mass in my gluteal region which is pain less. Is it an injection abcess? What will be the treatment?
