Is Pelvic Pain, Spotting With Bad Odor And Depression Normal While On Pills?

Told me to take lovistrean 24 F CONTRACEPTIVES



but doctor took 15 days and taking these pills, but I have spotted from this time that I was not removed, pelvic pain and sometimes I feel this is a bad smell like when you have spotted a period the last days of this discomfort has me quite worried and depressed

Is this normal?
