Is Perforated Eardrum Causing Headaches And Sharp Ear Pains?

Hi, I recently perforated my left eardrum apparantly due to an infection. I have finished the course of antibiotics but am still unable to hear at all in my left ear, I have also been getting headaches and occasional sharp pains in the ear. How long should it take for my hearing to return?
