Is Persistent Cold And Low Grade Fever During Pregnancy Harmful?

hello I'm in my third trimester of pregnancy and I have been ill for a few days now, I believe it's just a cold. But I'm running a low grade fever should I be concerned about being seen right away? I have been on Thera flu for the last two days and my next dose is it able to be taken for 2 more hours.
