Is Persistent Headache And Dizziness Post Head Injury A Cause For Concern?

I m on my school s colorguard tem. yesterday at practice I was doing something with my flag and while in motion I hit my upper right forehead pretty hard. I have had two headaches since then, dizziness, and tasting vomit in the back of my throat. should I see a doctor?
