Is Pink Discolouration Of Nails A Symptom Of Kidney Disease?

Hi, I am really concerned, I read this thing on the weather channel about half pink and half white nails. I have this mostly on my thumb, there is a white crescent moon shape from the back of my nail to about 1/3 of the way up, and it s light pink the rest of the way, is this a sign of kidney disease, should I be worried?
