Is Pityriasis Rosea Related To Crohn's Disease?

Does pityriasis rosea have any relations with crohn's disease. I am 20 years old, 5'8 and weigh 135 pounds. I constantly get strange things and I read somewhere it could be related to Crohn's. I get joint pain occasionally and have watery bowel movements. Now I have a bad case of pityriasis rosea. Please advise. Thank you.
