Is Playing Sports Safe While Having Enlarged Spleen And Swollen Liver?

I ve been to the doctors about pain in the left side of my abdomen and they said my spleen is quite enlarged & that my liver is swollen & there s a lump on it. I know this is probably a stupid question, but is it okay to still play sports ? & drink alcohol?
