Is Positive Result In HPT With History Of Multiple Miscarriages Concerning?

Over the past 3 years i've had 4 miscarraiges. i just found out i'm pregnant again and i havn't been to the doctor yet because i'm trying to get on medicaid. The question i have for you is on nov. 28th i had a normal period, but then i started on Dec. 22nd. it only lasted that day then stopped, on the 27th is when i took a pregnancy test and it said positive as well as the one from the health dept. Because i was bleeding that day do you think i have anything to worry about?
