Is Precancerous Cells On Cervix A Serious Cause For Concern?

Hi there, I recently had a miscarriage at 8 weeks, about a week before I found out I was pregnant I got a pap swear and my doctor said I had precancerous cells on my cervix. My question is, is that the reason I had a miscarriage. And can I try right away to get pregnant again, even with the abnormal cells? Or is that dangerous for the fetus or me? I really want to have a baby right away... Thanks for your help
