Is Pregnancy Advisable After The Tumor Removal In Abdomen And With Surgical Mesh?

Got an operation 1 year & 3 months ago. A surgical mesh was then installed in my tummy since the tumor taken from my lower abdomen would cause hernia. I was told by my doctor to lose weight & i did. Just a few months ago i slowly gain weight & feel pain in several parts of my tummy. Now i am trying to lose weight again. & observed the pain lessens. Does this mean, i have to be thin forever? I am 35 yrs old with 1 daughter whose 4 yrs old. Can i get pregnant again? Or its gönna be too risky.
