Is Pregnancy Associated With Delay In Periods, Cramps & White Discharge?

My fiance and i had unprotected sex but within 24 hrs she took an i pill. Her periods were due around 18th of may but its now 30th may nd she is not getting periods. She feels the cramps in her stomachs and also there is thick white discharge in large quantity but her periods r not starting. what is the white discharge and is it that she culd be pregnant?
