Is Pregnancy Difficult In Women With Polycystic Ovaries?

Hi! I have polycystic ovaries. For the right ovary: 3.28x2.99x3.34 cm with more than 12 subcapsular immature follicles and at the left ovary: 3.49x1.81x2.38 cm both measuring 1cm in diameter and I also have hyperechoic endometrium measuring 1.15 cm in thickness. Would these hinder me having a baby? I m 23 years old.
