Is Pregnancy Possible After Having Non-penetrative Sex?

Hello doctor! I m 20 years old and I missed my February period cycle. I attained my last period on 23rd jan 2015. On 10th March I n my partner had dry sex(if the term here is right). Genitals rubbing without any cloth in between for around a minute, although he din ejaculate that time. Can you please suggest if there is any chance of pregnancy?
