Is Pregnancy Possible After Tubal Litigation?

Hello Doctor, My wife had done family planning two years before and we are active in out sex life. During intercourse if her tubes are cut and tied, how will the semen and other fliud pass out of her body. will it get collected somewhere in her tube? Another question : if in case if my wife gets pregnant how and where will the baby grow. Is there a chance of saving the baby and mother in that case?
