Is Pregnancy Possible After Unprotected Intercourse Just After Periods?

My girl and I had intercourse on sturday after two day of her periods/menstrual cycle. It was a unprotected sex. Since Tuesday she is not feeling good. She has morning sickness,fatigue,mood swings, and dizziness and fever. Are these symptoms of pregnancy?? is it possible to get jpregnant just 2 days after Periods???
