Is Pregnancy Possible Despite Being On Birth Control Pill?

ive been on birth control combo pill 28 pack for 4 years. I take my pill at 11pm every night. I had sex last night without a condom, he didn t cum. I took the pill this morning but threw up 5 mins after. Am I protected still if I just take my next pill tonight at 11pm as regular. And finish the pill pack?
