Is Pregnancy Possible Despite Taking Plan-B?

Doctor, I had unprotected sex with my partner twice once last night and another today the first time for only about 30 seconds the second time maybe 10 minutes. I am on no birth control, he did not ejaculate inside of me just pre-ejaculatiry fluid. I just took plan be today within the reccommemded window. I don't know if I was ovulating. Because usually before my period I get a thick discharge white for a week or so before my period I do not have this yet? What do you think? I do not plan on a pregnancy. Do you think I am at risk??
