Is Pregnancy Possible Despite Using Vaginal Contraceptive Film?

I had unprotected sex with a VCF film and I placed on my cervix and waited about 25 minutes before the intercourse. he didn t withdrawal and after I noticed the film didn t completely dissolved and it wasn t no longer on my cervix only near it now, should I be worried? I m not fertile right now. was the flim still effective??
