Is Pregnancy Possible Having The Scarred Fallopian Tubes?

my doctor told me I had scarred fallopian tubes and that I ould never get oregnant naturally. He told me this after I had a laparoscopy done for a septate uterus. Right after the surgery I got pregnant ad miscarried. I thought I couldn't get pregnan then it got my hopes up so I'm wondering will I ever be able to get pregnant again?
