Is Pregnancy Possible If I Got My Periods After Taking Regestrone?

Hello doctor, I had protected sex( used condom) on 7/01/2022 and got my periods on 9 january.(my last period dated 15/12/2021). In the next month I didnt get my period till 9 feb , 2022 and so i took two urine pregnancy test and they were negative. I waited till 14 feb but still got no periods. I also did two qualitative beta hcg in difference of 7 days and they also came back negative. after consulting a doctor he gave me regestrone tablet twice for three days.On 18 Feb i got my periods. again this month i was very much stressed that what if i got pregnant.I again took regestrone and got heavy periods on 21 march , 2022. Is there still any chance that i am pregnant???? . I had no intercourse after 7 january 2022.
