Is Pregnancy Possible If The Contraceptive Pill Is Missed On The First Day?

Hi, I have just had a 7 day break from my pill to allow withdrwal bleeding, i finished this yesterday and had sex today but forgot to take my pill though i was due to take it today. am i at a high risk of getting pregnant? been on the pill 10 years (cilest)
