Is Pregnancy Possible Immediately After A Miscarriage?

Hi, I had a miscarriage on the 13th Feb 2015 aprox 5weeks along, bled for a few days had an ultrasound which confirmed I had indeed miscarried & that there were no leftovers . I am having sex with my partner daily as we were trying to conceive. I have had tender breasts for the last 8 days & they are increasing in size the Areola is also larger than normal, also had headaches, some nausea & heartburn. I guess my question is is it possible to be pregnant again so quickly? P.S I took a home pregnancy test 2 days ago which showed as negative.
