Is Pregnancy Possible Inspite Of Taking Plan B?

hi doc i have a question, i had unprotected sex exactly a week ago and with in an hour i took Plan B ( the pill). I still haven't gotten my period yet. My period has always been irregular but im still afraid that i might be pregnant. how accurate do u think Pan b is if i took it within an hour of unprotected sex?
