Is Pregnancy Possible When Suffering From PCOD?

Hi, I m 30 years & have pcod. I have my periods on 10th Feb 2015 & when i did a test on 21st March it showed positive & when later i repeated the test on 28th March it showed negative. My gyn suggested a scan & now the report says thickened Edometrium & bilateral PCOD. Can be preganat if no what can be the probluem
