Is Pregnancy Possible While Having Chlamydia?

im 18 & i am sexually active. i was in an unwanted incident where i caught chlamydia. I had sex with my boyfrined 3 months before i went to the doctor & found out i had it. we both got our antibiotics but my boyfriend didnt take his correctly & i ended up getting it back. I still have it & im scared that since i still have it it did some type of internal damage. he also came in me so is it possible i might be pregnant?
