Is Pregnancy Possible While Having Implanon?

I am on citraplam 40mg and have an Implanon. My breast have been swollen and very painful for a fortnight now, I took a pregancny test last week and it cam up negative. I didnt trus it so I left until today and then another, they was a slight line indicating preganacy. what shall i do?
